Overview

Primary Alert Systems, LLC invites select early customers to join our Pilot Program for the Primary Alert Safe — a market-ready biometric safe featuring our patent-pending Primary Alert Cover.

This pilot launch will help us gauge market demand and gather real-world feedback to guide final refinements before full production.

Participants Receive:

• $25 rebate after completing a short 30-day evaluation questionnaire

• One free update (if applicable) to the Primary Alert Cover and its components at official launch

• Priority access to future product releases and promotions

• 90 day warranty

Program Details

• Deposit: $50 (non-refundable, secures your unit)

• Balance Due: $175 — due within 15 days of notification that your unit is ready to ship

• Total Cost: $225

• Rebate: $25 after successful completion of pilot (final net cost = $200)

• Evaluation Period: 30 days from delivery

• Rebate Eligibility Ends: 45 days after delivery

• Estimated Delivery: January 2026 (efforts will be made to deliver prior to Christmas 2025 if possible)

Participant Requirements

• Use the Primary Alert Safe as intended during the 30-day evaluation period.

• Complete the post-evaluation questionnaire within 45 days of delivery to qualify for the rebate and free update.

• Keep product details (design, internal components, and operation) confidential, though public positive reviews and general experience testimonials are welcome and encouraged.

• Maintain the safe in good working condition during the evaluation period.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to U.S. residents age 18 and older. Enrollment is limited and granted at the discretion of Primary Alert Systems, LLC.

2. Payments

A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your pilot program reservation.
The $175 remaining balance is due within 15 days of your fulfillment notice. Failure to pay the balance within this period may result in forfeiture of your spot.

(Note: Non-refundable deposits protect your reserved position and production allocation. If you choose not to complete the purchase, the deposit is forfeited.)

3. Product Condition

The Primary Alert Safe provided through this pilot program is a market-ready version. Minor refinements may be made before full-scale launch based on participant feedback.

4. Feedback Requirement

Participants agree to complete a brief post-evaluation questionnaire within 45 days of delivery.
Completion of the questionnaire is required to receive the rebate and one free update.

5. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to disclose proprietary product details, specifications, or internal mechanisms.
General discussion and public sharing of positive user experiences or testimonials are encouraged.

6. Warranty

The Primary Alert Safe includes a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover misuse, modification, improper installation, or damage from external causes.

7. Returns and Refunds

Pilot program purchases are final and non-refundable, except for verified warranty defects.
If a defect is confirmed, Primary Alert Systems, LLC will repair or replace the product at no cost.

8. Rebate and Update Eligibility

Participants must:

Complete the evaluation questionnaire within 45 days of delivery, and

Maintain the safe in good working condition.
Successful completion qualifies for a $25 rebate and one free update to the Primary Alert Cover and its components when officially released.

9. Limitation of Liability

Primary Alert Systems, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the pilot program or use of the product.
Participants assume responsibility for proper handling, installation, and use.

10. Program Changes

Primary Alert Systems, LLC may modify or end the pilot program at any time. Updates will be communicated to participants as needed.

By submitting your $50 pre-order deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily choose to participate in the Primary Alert Safe Pilot Program.
